Tokyo, Mar 31, 2006 (JCN) - Carna Biosciences announced on March 30 that it has agreed with California-based ChemDiv to create and market an annotated kinase library.
By leveraging their respective strengths, namely Carna Biosciences' assay/screening technologies and ChemDiv's expertise in DNA library compiling, the two companies will add kinase assay data to ChemDiv's proprietary kinase-focused library.
This kinase-specific library will allow pharmaceutical companies and others to improve the efficiency of drug development. The partnership was mediated by Sumitt Pharmaceutical International.
