| Seiko Epson to Consolidate Chip Production in One Plant |
|

Tokyo, Mar 18, 2009 (JCN) - Seiko Epson Corp. would consolidate its chip production to one factory in Yamagata Prefecture in northern Japan. Mapping out its strategy for the three years to March 2012, Seiko Epson aims to break even in the first year when it plans to implement restructuring measures to cope with a global economic downturn.
