Tokyo, July 26, 2004 (JCN) - Matsushita Electric Works released July 23 a remote Pet-cam that senses the movements of the user's pet and emails digital photos on demand to his mobile phone.
The Peppot Camera ATR0202W, coupled with DDI Pocket's CF communications card, enables pet lovers to check up on their house pets while on vacation.
The system comes with a 1/7-inch CMOS camera with an effective resolution of 100,000 pixels, and is priced at 12,100 yen ($110). The unit measures 117x100x30.2mm and weighs 150g.
