Tokyo, Oct 19, 2004 (JCN) - Bayer Yakuhin has announced the result of its latest componential analysis on Levitra Generic, a made-in-India pseudo-ED drug privately imported to Japan.
The analysis has revealed that Levitra Generic does not contain an active ingredient, vardenafil HCI. Instead, it contains an unknown substance.
Bayer has already reported the result to authorities including the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
Levitra is an erectile dysfunction drug developed by Bayer Healthcare. In Japan, Bayer Yakuhin is a sole distributor of Levitra.
