SDK Publishes "CSR Report 2012"

Tokyo, Sept 3, 2012 - (JCN Newswire) - Showa Denko K.K. (SDK) has published "CSR Report 2012" detailing its wide-ranging activities based on the principles of corporate social responsibility.

The report consists of a PDF-based full report that provides details of SDK's CSR activities in 2011 and future plans, and a printed version that focuses on SDK's products/technologies and its relations with society. This year, too, our CSR Report is provided in Japanese, English, and Chinese, and posted on our website.

The full report describes the direction of SDK's R&D and its intellectual property strategy for the two business domains of "Energy/Environment" and "Electronics" under the medium-term consolidated business plan PEGASUS.
