Tokyo, Feb 13, 2006 (JCN) - Toray Industries has developed a plant-derived, nano-alloyed polyester film.
Leveraging the company's proprietary precise polymerization and nanostructure control technologies, the newly-developed material excels in heat-resistance, durability, flexibility, moldability, transparency and chemical resistance.
Toray envisions applications in a wide range of industries, particularly the construction, consumer electronics and automobile industries.
