Century Leasing System, Inc. (CLS) was jointly incorporated in 1969 by four shareholders: ITOCHU Corporation, Daiichi Bank, Ltd. (currently Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd.), Nippon Life Insurance Company, and Asahi Mutual Life Insurance Company. CLS has contributed to the growth of industries and companies as a diversified leasing company that offers integrated services based on our trading company's information resources, our financial institutions' financing capabilities, and our solid management infrastructure.

Since our establishment, we have focused our efforts on IT-related equipment, which now accounts for approximately half of the value of new contracts in our core leasing business. This record reflects our close business relationship with IT-related equipment makers and their sales companies and highlights our accumulated experience and know-how in this area.
