Tokyo, Mar 12, 2012 (JCN) - Fujikura Ltd has launched its One-Click Cleaner DL-C, a cleaner used for the ferrule endface of optical connectors, specifically the input/output port (Duplex LC connector) of SFF/SFP optical transceivers, which are used at Data Center or FTTx networks.
Cleaning the ferrule endface of optical connectors is one of the key factors to the quality of optical telecommunication networks. Fujikura's optical connector cleaners enables users to easily remove dusts or oil adhering from a ferrule endface of optical connector without requiring any liquid such as alcohol. The company has already released a series of cleaners for the major connector types, such as SC, LC, MU, MPO, and MPX.
