Tokyo, Mar 15, 2012 (JCN) - Mobile operator NTT DOCOMO INC.'s mobile subscribers surpassed the 60 million-mark on March 11. The figure includes customers who subscribe to DOCOMO's LTE, 3G and 2G mobile services.
DOCOMO boosted its subscribers by expanding its lineup of smartphones and tablet devices. The company also has stimulated demand for second devices by introducing new data communication devices, mobile Wi-Fi routers for the Xi (read "crossy") LTE network, and Otayori Photo Panel wireless photo frames.
