NTT Data Introduces Thin Client Cloud Service in APAC Region
Tokyo, July 6, 2012 (JCN) - NTT DATA Corporation started "BizXaaS Office," an office environment cloud service for corporate customers, in the APAC region in July 2012. NTT DATA Malaysia, its overseas affiliate company in Malaysia, will become the sales and marketing hub of theproduct and will promote "BizXaaS Office" office solutions with desktop functions.
The service targets Japanese firms in the APAC region, especially in South East Asia and India where economy is rapidly growing and many Japanese firms have established overseas operations. In addition, the service will be extended to local offices of global U.S. and European companies as well as local firms operating in the region.
The product range initially starts with a desktop service and will be expanded to provide total support for customers' IT systems with NTT DATA's business application suits in the cloud. The three-year target revenue from the service is five billion yen.
