ITOCHU to Jointly Develop Molybdenum-Tungsten Project in Kazakhstan
 

Tokyo, Feb 26, 2013 (JCN) - ITOCHU Corporation signed an arrangement on February 18, 2013, for the joint development of a molybdenum-tungsten project with Kazakhstani private mining company, Dala Mining LLP.

The project is planned by Dala, which owns the mining contract in Koktenkol, central Kazakhstan. ITOCHU will appoint a financial advisor to help select a reputable and credible partner with competence and examine the finance formation.

ITOCHU will carefully select and examine good, competitive projects in the natural resources business and aim to further expand the business and its earnings by enhancing its portfolio of resource interests.
